Courses on feeding

Breastfeeding can be a close and enjoyable experience for both you and your baby, but it can sometimes be challenging - particularly in the early days. NCT breastfeeding counsellors are there to help you overcome any concerns and to deal with any practical issues around breastfeeding.

As well as one to one support and the breastfeeding telephone line 0870 444 8708 there are courses on breastfeeding.

Most NCT antenatal courses and some postnatal courses include a breastfeeding session with a qualified breastfeeding counselor.

In some areas there are separate courses that are just about feeding your baby.
