NCT antenatal and postnatal courses are always local to you wherever you are in the UK. Our teachers are familiar with the maternity services in your area and can tailor sessions specifically to local facilities and needs.
Use the postcode search to find a course nearest to you and register your interest with one of our booking administrators.
Please remember to book early because our courses are open to everyone and are in great demand in some areas. If you can’t get a place on your nearest course, our booking administrators will try to help you find a course in a neighbouring area if they cannot offer anything locally. They will always try their best to place you on the most suitable course.
- Antenatal Refresher Course

4 two hour sessions for groups of approx 4 women dependent on demand. To talk through any concerns, to be reminded of how useful body awareness is during labour, to re-consider positions for labour or delivery, to think about how to cope with contractions and lots more.

An evening and weekend antenatal classes for anyone expecting a new baby.

This is a standard NCT antenatal course covering labour, birth and early parenthood . It will run over 3 Tuesday evenings for couples, which will include a breastfeeding session. There will also be 2 women only sessions on Tuesday mornings (9.30 - 12.30) and one men only session on Tuesday 3rd March (7.30pm - 9.30pm) This course would suit anybody expecting their first baby in April/ May 2009 Sessions will be held at teacher's home in Cheam.

An antenatal course taking place over 4 Saturday mornings from 10 - 2 in Lanark. In the course you will be able to focus on issues to do with pregnancy, birth and early parenting with a small group of parents who have similar due dates and who are from your area. This course is aimed at parents due in December and January in the Lanark, Biggar, Carluke and Wishaw area.

North & East Northamptonshire (covering Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden) NCT are running this short course designed for couples expecting their first baby. Classes are small and informal, and everyone in the class will be expecting their babies around the same time. This creates an environment of shared experiences where many people make lifelong friends. This course is held at the weekend in a central venue. The course covers pregnancy, labour, birth, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding and the needs of the new baby and provides parents with the knowledge to make informed choices.
